• RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN EUROPEAN LABOUR LAW
    8-9 June 2006, ERA Congress Centre,Trier
    The purpose of this annual seminar is to provide lawyers who need to keep up-to-date with an analysis of key recent developments in Community legislation and case law in the fields of labour law and employment policies. Among other issues, the seminar will focus on:

    Context and challenges of the European Social Model;
    Transnational collective bargaining;
    •The future orientation of the Community’s policy on discrimination, equal opportunities and equal treatment for men and women.

    As the seminar will take place against the background of the “European Year for Mobility of Workers”, the second day of the seminar will be dedicated to this topic.
