Antonia Verna is a counsel of the law firm Portolano Colella Cavallo, where she mainly focuses on M&A and international business transactions.
Antonia provides legal assistance to foreign and Italian clients in the context of complex cross-border and domestic joint ventures and M&A transactions, as well as with respect to commercial and corporate matters.
She also advises major investment funds and international groups on private equity, real estate and financing transactions and provides legal assistance to Asian companies with respect to business transactions in Europe, as well as to Italian companies in making investments in the Asian market.
Antonia is frequently speaking at conferences on corporate and contractual issues.
She is a member of EWLA (European Women Lawyers Association), PWA (Professional Women Association), International Bar Association (IBA) and Sviluppo Cina.
Antonia graduated in Law cum laude, from LUISS - Guido Carli School of Law in Rome, Italy in 1994 and obtained a Masters Degree from the Law School of Temple University in Philadelphia in 2000.
Antonia speaks fluent English and has a basic knowledge of Chinese.
She is enrolled with the Italian Bar Association since 1998.
