Equality Richts from Legislation to Everyday Life
The Greek Research Centre for Gender Equality (KETHI,
www.kethi.gr ) set up and coordinates the project "Equality Rights from Legislation to Everyday Life", which is financially supported by the European Commission.
The project offers a wide range of different activities as well on national as on international level:
- Seminars with lawyers, labour inspectors and trade union officials
- Radio programmes on public radio informing, advising and communicating with listerners on Equality rights
- Brochure on exercising equality rights
- Stands in the cities of Athens, Volos, Thessaloniki, Patras and Iraklion to distribute information and to discuss with women
- Workshops with transnational partners
- Good Practice Handbook for policy-makers
The transnational partners contributing to the Good Practice Handbook are:
